Kretzulescu Palace. Do not attempt to take pictures of it from the front (even from across the street) or the guards will scold you as if this was some sort of KGB base. The palace funnily hosts the UNESCO European Centre for Higher Studies. Shut up, look down and walk away, culture is bad for the masses!
🙂 I think someone had a talk with the guards because they allow pictures now. I stood one meter from them and took pictures on Saturday (many pictures cause I couldn’t figure out the exposure). I moved to the other side of the street and took more pictures but still they ignored me. Behind me were some French tourists also taking pictures. Or maybe the guards were just too engrossed in their personal chat to say anything 🙂
